I got a call and they told me that I am in alot of trouble and I need to call them with my personal information. I you need me send me a letter and go from there. Never got anything. I am reporting them to the FBI and anyone else who can stop these people.

they called my cell phone 5 times left no message for the first 4 calls then the last one they said I needed to call them or I would be in trouble and I need to call them right away with my information Im so tired of these people how can we stop them

I got a call from them, they had info on me about a cash advance loan(which I payed back earlier this year, in full) and told me they we charging me w/ fraud and that I needed to pay over 5000 to take care of it....

I have been getting these calls for months. They stop and then start up again. They are callig me at work, and cell 3-4 times a day and will not provide any proof of this debt. All who call have same thick foriegn acent are very rude and threathen me. Now I am getting call srom another number  also

the guy says his name is alex warner and fron some law office.two weeks ago he said he was a police officer wanting info on me.both times the call back number is from somewhere in new york.the calls are from pakistan and re-routed to  new york and sometimes through arizona.i just laugh at him an ask him how is the weather in pakistan,and then he laughs and calls me a '''''m..f''er.  big scam but ag.cant do anything cause he out of our country.

got a call at work today from a guy named "joseph brown".  left a voicemail.  very thick foreign accent.  said he needed to hear from me or my registered attorney immediately.  if i don't return his call he wished me "good luck" and said "may god bless you".  i've gotten calls like this before with threats.  the last time i rec'd a call like this i reported it to the FTC but heard nothing.  big scam.

Oh my gosh the same thing with me. They are calling my family members that I have used as references on other paperwork. My purse, social security number, checks, license and credit cards were all stolen then this all started. I contacted my lawyer and they said not to talk to them it is illegal what they are doing and if you say anything to them tell them to send to you in writing. It is very illegal what they are doing, I have even reported not only to my lawyer but to FTC, it is the same person with the thick foreign accent using a different name. They have got to be stopped and they are very rude!

I had a friend recived a mess from this Number of 718-873-9112 and told her that she needs to contact me and they are taking me to court and going to sue me for everything i have. It was in her best intrest to contact me. other wise she can get in trouble. i have called and told him i was going to reprt them to the federal trade comm and the n.y. bar they hung up. try to call back the number is out of service. same thing happen to me...they called had all my info and sayed if i dont pay them then they are going to sue me for 5000 or more something about a loan but i never even took out a loan my room mate did and he already called the loan ppl and set up payments.. but if anyone has more info about this plz email me at skywarrior2628@aol.com......i think this is a BIG SCAM... I was scared tho when they called i didnt know what was going on.....anyone else thinks its a scam..just didnt want to get in trouble for something i didnt do

This is just the latest # used in an ongoing scam. These jerks can't do anything except threaten people, which real bill collecters can't do! However, if they have your bank account # (they had mine before), change it immediately! Also, don't apply for loans on the internet, they use phishing to re-direct you to fake websites. That's how they are getting people's info. Be careful, but don't worry about any legal action.
