I am a donor, and do get calls pretty often, but they usually leave a message either confirming an appointment or mentioning an upcoming drive in my area.  I have had the same girl call, and she doesnt realize it is my machine, and starts asking me questions, and then latest message is just her heavy mouth breathing.  Nothing like the NY Blood Center calls I used to get.

Called on 07/10/2013 @ 07:24 pm from Staten Island, NY. Caller ID shows DIALER. That tells me call is from a telemarketer and we let it go to voicemail. If it is NY Blood Center and they keep changing the Caller ID based on whether they are making the calls themselves or using a telemarketer, they are loosing out. If they choose not to leave a message, which they never do, again it's their loss.
Two lessons here.
Giving blood is important and something all healthy people should do.
Don't make us guess who's on the other end of the phone when 90% of my daily calls are scams. We don't answer if I don't know the caller. Leave a message or at least use appropriate Caller ID.

I know, the weekly calls can be annoying but there must be a a need in the community for a Specific blood type if they are calling.  I just thank goodnees we dont need the blood.

Its the new york blood center. i give blood once in a while, providing it is safe and timely to do so. however, they r wasting resources by calling me so much. i blocked the number. i see the voicemails.

Yes, I believe it is the blood center, and no they do not have caller ID.
They call me constantly, and hang up!

They call me all the time. It's annoying. Had i known this would happen, i'd have never donated blood.

Caller said he found me on Zillow, was a pre-recorded message & gave another telephone number to call back.

yes they will hound and keep call, text you, even send letter, but when you check recaller id the says Sunrocketand they never leave any messages

And they don't take you name off their listed tried that several times and they are theives I left my ready glasses in one of their centers went back the next day and they claim they did not have them
