Called looking for someone I don't know. Said her name was investigator Moorehead. Very rude

Also have been receiving calls saying it is a legal matter for someone i dont know did anyone figure out anything else?

I have no idea who they are looking for. They have to contact so many leads a day. So,  I just enjoy calling all day and placing them on hold every time I get bored. This will ensure that they will not get one or two phone calls out a day to harass anyone else.

Called again and left a message staying to I am directed to call them back immediately reference my phone number being involved in their case and also told me to call a 555 number back. Umm nope.

The number they left on my vm was 554-146-205. It's not even a complete number and if you call the 719 number back, some idiot just answers and says investigations, won't say with who or anything else.

This number is calling me every single day and when I call back the person who answers the phone either asks for "Benjamin" or says "investigations" when I tell them I want my number removed from the calling list they hang up on me.

Ever since I got this phone number they call daily but never leave a message. Looking up the number brought me to you ... I don't respond to numbers I don't know.

Local numbers I have happened to answer say they are looking for some woman forget her name, talked to a family member who was looking for her.

They called asking for my father, when I said that this was his daughter they said ok well give him this number and have him call us back and she hung up. I called back and asked what this was in regards to and she said I can't tell you that so I said then I can't give him the message and she said what the hell ever and hung up again. What kind of business allows their employees to talk to people like that.

Sounds like a debt collector. By law they cannot disclose they are collecting a debt to anyone, even family members, without permission from the alleged debtor.  If you are handling your father's financial affairs, you may need to provide your power of attorney if the caller is actually legit and not a scammer.

For the past 2 weeks, everyday I've been getting phone calls from this number, sometimes several times a day and I sent them straight to voicemail. Never left a message. Today when they called again I decided to answer it while Googling the # and someone said that they are investigating my husband and he needs to call them. I said "that's funny considering we never received anything from a lawyer about an of investigation and he hasn't been arrested and your phone number is at an apartment complex in Colorado Springs. Don't call here again." It's a scam don't fall for it.

Called me in the past, started again. It's a scam! I put them on my reject list, my phone doesn't ring. They still leave a message, saying there looking for someone associated with my #. Don't believe these calls from this #!
