? Latham Financial Group ? some sort of financial investment or advisor.  Called my home, asked for Mr. or Mrs. and I asked them to remove me from their calling list.

SCAM: Caller ID said Colorado Springs, CO. A guy named "Ron" with the "Phoenix Group" said he was calling to speak with *******, an attorney in our office regarding 941 payroll taxes and then he gave his direct number 719-219-8420. Same scam different number. We get a lot of these.

Caller stated his name was Ron Gries calling about an urgent Federal Tax issue and that we had to call him back today.  Stated he was from Phoenix Financial.  Spam!

Guy said his name was Ron he was wanting to talk to somebody in charge that they has got notice that we had got a tax letter from the IRS and that he was calling to help  that he was from the Phoenix group Scam!

Same guy Ron from Phoenix Group (Colorado) calling about tax withholdings.  Still [***].  Spam definitely

Man named Ron, making an effort to use a deep voice, looking for someone with the same last name as me about "tax matters" and Ron then randomly gave me the guys address he was looking for... Wow.

Received the same spam call from Ron Grice with Phoenix Financial - said it was regarding an urgent federal tax matter.

Unknown caller; I assume it's the same person as described above.

The first time this number called, I was not available to answer and Ron left a message.  He identified himself as an enrolled agent, part of a group and offered to help mitigate tax issues.    I did not return the call as I am not interested.  He called again and I used Google Screen.  The screening was cut short with a hang up on his end.  He left no message.  12 hours have passed and he has not called again.

Call from Ron, it's always Ron no matter how many times they call, with the Phoenix Group about a tax matter. We are a law firm and yet the P Group has no clue. These calls are why we invested in call blockers on our analog lines. Bottom feeder SCAMMERS.

"Ron Grice" called asking for business owner. Said he was with PFG Group LLC.calling in regards to Federal withholdings.  I called PFG Group and they have never heard of him. Scam!

Very harassing! I had a tax lien and handled the issue with the IRS directly. I told them I had already set up a payment plan. He called me so many times I had to tell him we would report him and file a police report if he called me one more time. He claimed he was from a 'private firm'....they called three times in a row at one point. I told him I was not here and to stop calling...he began to argue, 'yes you are, I just talked to you',  it was extremely disturbing and it was at my place of business.  They are terrible people with no ethical standards.

Man named Ron Grice wanting to speak with my boss regarding federal taxes... I asked him to please give me a more detailed message and he rudely says "You have my name and phone number, what else would you need?" and hung up on me. Scam!!!!!!

Ugh.  Thanks for taking one for the team.  The caller's tone and approach speaks volumes and informs others.

This guy calls saying he received notification on collections for the IRS.  I said it sounds like a scam.  You will have to mail me a letter with details and the notice from the IRS - with declaration on this issue.  I hung up.

Someone named “Noel Watson” called about a 941 tax lean for a business I closed many years ago that never had any tax liens. Absolute scam.

"Rick Wilson" with "Phoenix Group" number (719) 219-8420. Caller ID says "COLORADO SPG CO." Calling about a "tax lien." Rude and angry and would not provide information to receptionist.

New Name...Marcos Gonzales....urgent call regarding an "important tax matter".
