They are a tax lien relief company.  

John called from the number (who ever John is??) and said "can I speak to someone who handles your federal taxes"  -  I replied "no one is available to take your call at this time. What is your name, call back number and company you work for"

He told me his name and number but wouldn't tell me his company  -  that's strange!

John called from Phoenix Group. Said it was in regards to Federal Taxes. Like a previous post said, tax relief.

caller said we are a group of company and not a fraud you have a lien for taxes, i said send the mail we will pay

got a call from joe from phoenix ____ - wouldn't say anything, but kept asking for the owner

A person named Joe called looking for the owner or person in charge of federal taxes.  The call was supposedly in regards to a tax lien.  ???

Called several times over the last few days but never leaves a message.

This is a scammer.  Beware.

A guy named Barry called and kept asking for the person who manages the federal taxes and wanted to talk about back taxes/tax lien.

just got a call from The Phoenix Group....Jared.  He asked for the owner and said it was regarding Federal Withholding. His # 719-219-8427.  I told him the person couldn't come to the phone.  He asked for the owners name.  I told him I cannot give out that info and he hung up on me.

David Befford just called and asked to speak to the owner regarding a "Federal Tax Issue".  He told me he works for Phoenix Financial and its a private financial firm.  Wouldn't give any other information.

Got a voicemail from John Morales called in ref to a federal tax matter and that a lien has been filed on the company.

James Colemon called and left 2 voicemails regarding a federal withholding matter than was urgent.

Got a call from a james asking about or taxes and I hung up because I know it's a scam. It's sad they can do that to people and scare the crap out of people.

Lisa...I got the same phone call on my business line. Complete scam. I wouldn't waste my time with this call.

If your having trouble with your taxes do not give these people or anybody from colorado the information.  they will NEVER leave you alone

James Coleman calls from this number and says your 941 forms have not been filed. Then asks if you know how much back taxes are owed. He is a complete scammer. I just keep calling him back and wasting his time so he has less time to go after elderly people.
