Caller claimed to be John Miles. He said he was calling to help with a tax matter. He claimed to be an attorney.

Called claimed as above that he was an attorney, said that he was affiliated with the government (IRS) and said that he wanted to
help me with the lien that the Federal Government had put on my business( Which is not true) . I told him that I have a CPA and don't need his help and hung up. He has called back and least 5 times-I did not answer -until the last call of which I answered and told him to quit calling.

This phone number is a collection company. He said his name was John Miles and he wanted 941 form from us. He said he was with the state of California Tax enforcement and wanted us to fax the report Now.

This man was a jerk on the phone! Good luck...Stay away from anyone in this area code (719).....

This man harassed me too at my place of work. Claiming to be calling about a tax matter and help that we needed from him which was not the case. I told him to stop calling, and he called again 3 more times yelling at me.

Guy calls the company says he works for the IRS!! Major fraud watch out for this guy!!!

Has been calling saying that he is an attorney. Claims that his name is Jeff Chamberlain. Tried to call it back and block my number and it would not go thru.

Since this seems to indicate both State and Federal from the posts. Recommend you contact your real State or County Tax agency's, or if it is concerning Federal tax's, then contact the real IRS here to report the matter:

Guy called and claimed to be Jeff Chamberlain and an attorney in Broomfield. Asked to speak to our company's CEO or company officer. Googled the phone number and saw these posts and wanted to share the experience.

Just received a call from 719-219-8428. Said his name was Jeff Chamberlin and he was calling from an attorney's office. He asked to speak to the owner. I told him the owner is rarely ever in our office. He then asked to speak to a CEO and I told him this was a small business and the manager was on medical leave so I was the next in line. I asked if I could help him and he said no he had to speak to the owner. I told him I could take a message but that was the best I could do. When I asked him the name of the "firm" he said it was the PFG Group from Colorado and he was calling about a financial filing placed against our company.

I have several voice mails from this number. The last one said that I was the contact on some document filed with the county clerk.  He said his name was Ed Jackson.

I had the same issue. He has called numerous and is very rude.

Received 2 calls.  The first one was left on answering machine from Phoenix Financial about a Federal form.  2nd call came in an hour today and he said he had to speak to  someone who handled Federal Forms in our office.  I asked for his number and told him I would Google it and he asked what came up when I did and I told him that it was a scam.  He laughed and said Oh that's normal or something to that affect.

Hi (name) this is Michelle Rogers from Phoenix. I am calling about the assessment filed on (date). Please call me back at 719-219-8428. This was 8/24/2017. B.S.

Received a call from Michelle Rodgers asking for the owner.  Told her no one was available and what was it about?  She said it was regarding IRS form 941 and there has been a lien filed against our company.  This is total b.s.  SCAMMERS!!!

Scam caller about IRS Filing...do not call back.

Called and left this message: This is Rochelle Rogers. You can reach me at 719-219-8428. I'm calling for the assessment that was filed on 5/29 2017. It's my final attempt to reach you regarding the federal withholding.

Female caller called the company asking for the owner.  Kept saying it was about a 941 filing.  She was very rude.  IRS will not call you, they only send letters.  Scam.

Female caller named Rochelle Rogers, left a voicemail and I had my CPA called her back asking her for a badge number. She immediately explained she is not the IRS. FRAUD!

Called and said (very rudely) that she needs to talk to the owner. I asked who it was and she said Rochelle. I said what company are you calling from? She said it's a Federal Tax matter " isaidwhat company? She  said Phoenix financial call. I said is this collection agency? She said who are YOU? I said I am an employee of the law office . I put her on hold and she hung up. JUST ANOTHER SCAMMER!

I received a voicemail from Miss. Rodgers about a tax matter in my business phone. I called the number back, 719 219 8428,  and she answered "This is Rochelle",  I stated my name and told her I received a call. She said she was calling about a tax lien against my company, I said really? From what year?... So she said well you called me so I don't have the info in front of me.  So I told her that I didn't have any info for her either then and hung up.... Researched the number, called back and told her I had important tax information for her, that if she called my office again I'd file charges. She hung up that time.
