Called left no message,,not in my area code

Called saying they were tax collectors and my business turned in a claim for $ 60,000. and I hadn't paid taxes on it. The min he said I received 60K, I knew it was either the wrong number or telemarketing . I asked repeatedly to confirm my tax ID.  He refused and  then hung up.

Bottom feeders.

Called stating he was James Gruben (?), with a tax attorney office, that IRS has filed a tax lien. Had I received it? I denied, so he said it probably got pulled, & would remove my number.

Received a call from James saying he was with the IRS.  I returned his call and left a message.  He has not replied.  I looked his number up and found this site.  Thank you all for posting.

Called saying he needed to speak with owner about a tax lien - (941) I refused to give him any information and he said there was a notice filed but the name on the notice is not our company.  likely scam.

Caller said his name was Dylan and that our company had a $90,000 withholding lien. Asked him to confirm our tax ID and he said he didn't have that information. SCAM!

Called about a fake tax lien on our medical office. Scam

Got a message at from a Carla, saying she was calling about a federal tax matter and this would be the last attempt to contact. She did not say in her message who the message was for so She was probably just trying to get anyone one the phone. Nothing but a scam!!

con job  watch out they call me once or twice a year

Called and left message stating that we she was calling in regards to a Federal Tax something and said this was the last attempt to contact me and hung up

Called stating they were the IRS and had a lien on our business.  We knew this was incorrect.  Told them we would call them back.  Looked up the number and we can see that lots of people are having the same scam!

Message left saying her name was Carla calling regarding a federal tax matter and to call her back today or it will be her last attempt to contact. Her message last week said the same thing! Have now blocked the calls!

Mumbled through his name and vague company name then said he needed to speak with the owner.  Replied "so this is a solicitation call?" mumbled back negative answer and our response was we think it is if you don't know who the owner is - this is a company, we don't accept solicitation calls, take us off your list! and hung up.
Next phone call  was same number, just answered hello in gruff voice and they hung up.

I work in a law firm. Got a voicemail from this number from a Michael Ferris regarding an urgent tax matter. He said it would be the last time he would call here. Too bad that probably isn't true.

scamming little prick calling about a fake tax matter - round them up and drown them in goat piss !!!
