Caller ID reads "VOIP call."

It's a computer fax.

Please stop calling!

Answered this call with a hello, and heard a recorded beep only, so I hung up.

There was only a beeping noise when I answered and I have received more than one call from this number or numbers.

rcvd a call today (receptionist for a company) when I answered it was a fax beeping in my ear.   Many times when that happens I will transfer the call over to the fax machine...but today I was leary of the caller VOIP and this phone #.  So I just hung up and then researched the number.   Glad I did.  Thanks to all of you!   Have a great day!

they keep up nighttime harassing calls

I get fax calls from this number. will report to the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

I let my att answering service get the call. It's a fax message and asks you if you want to send it to a fax.  I got insurance quotes.

I received a call from this number today.  Caller ID said VOIP call.  It was actually a fax received for Affordable life insurance.  I did not answer the phone (which is also a fax number).  The fax said it was sent from 877-451-9650.  It requested information be faxed to 877-451-9650.  For fax removal it said to dial 888-608-0638.  There are probably a lot of other companies which register this number on the caller ID.

I keep getting call's from this number and I let the answering machine pick up and all it does is leave a beeping sound until the answering machine quits.  It's a very loud annoying sound.

This number belongs to Level 3 Communications of Longmont, Colorado, for use by their customers. To stop calls from this number, call the Level 3 Fraud Department at 1-800-348-5457. Someone tried to send a fax to me this morning from this number, i.d.'d as "VOIP," and I don't own a fax machine. But when I reached the Level 3 Fraud Department, the gentleman who listened to my complaint was extremely helpful.

The number belongs to Level 3 Communications of Broomfield, Colorado, and is assigned to Teliax, Inc., a VoIP (voice over internet protocol) communications communications. You can contact Teliax at 1-888-483-5429. Select "2" for support, then give the customer service rep the details of your complaint.

Level 3 Communications has a fraud department which can be reached at 1-800-348-5457.

I spoke with reps at both Level 3 and Teliax about nuisance calls from this number (720-204-1286). and both were extremely courteous and helpful.

Saw my caller ID as "Colorado", do not know anyone from there. I answered, nothing said, no recording, no voice, nothing.  
Lately, I've been getting calls from companies who "want to reduce my mortgage interest rate" .... so, WHY am I on the "Do Not Call" list, have been for years, and have also renewed my numbers in the past few months, and I'M STILL GETTING ANNOYING, UNWANTED CALLS!!!

I just got a call from this number - it went to my answering machine and sounded like they were trying to fax something over. One way or another, this sounds like a scam number.

A fax calls me all the time.  It is never a person.

They just called and all I heard was a fax beep.

SCAM--Buy a prepaid phone card-get a P.O. Box for dummy corp.-have mail forwarded to other P.O. Box- be in control of the money for corp. make a sting and fly away........best thing is to not answer thats what caller ID is for.....and not worry about it.

just received a fax call from this number. The phone call was made to our home phone not a fax #
