I received a call from this number 5/31/2011 at 11:38 am EDT.  I received a fax tone.  Caller ID said:  IAB, Longmont Colorado.

These jerks called my home and when I answer it sounds like a fax machine screaming in my ear. When I called back, the call could not be completed.

Level 3 Communications customer 214-233-4600 has been calling my cell phone for over 2 weeks, 4 times an hour, beginning at 6:30am every day. I want to know who is calling as there is only a recording that states, "This call is in regard to a business transaction you had once expressed an interest in. To be placed on our 'do not call list', please press one." I press one. Another recording says, "Please enter your 10-digit phone number to be placed on our 'do not call list'." I do so. Then I get, "Thank you. Your number has been placed on our 'do not call list'." BUT THEY KEEP CALLING. When I call the number back, I get the same recording. WTF? Who do I need to call, write, or see in person to stop this outright HARASSMENT????????

I have this number twice on my cell phone bill this month as incoming one at 61 mins and the second as 91 mins. I have never talked to someone this long in the last few years. Both times were in the afternoon.

I have caller ID and never answer calls from Jag-Offs like this. Don't care who they are. If they call twice, they'll be on my blocked list.

So this number called my company's toll-free number and stayed connected, perhaps to my voicemail, long enough to rack up a bunch of charges.
