The caller was a live person, but it was a scam. This is a company identifying as "Resorts and Vacations." They say I've stayed with their resorts in the past and earned enough points for a fabulous vacation. I tried to ask which resort (because I've only ever stayed at Marriotts or Hiltons, both of which would have identified themselves as such on a phone call). The caller cut me off to ask if she could just give me the great details of her offer first, so I hung up.  Clearly not legit.
