FAV on CID.  Didn't leave message, so must be a scammer.

Got a call from this number with no message left. Another site says it's a spoofed number and doesn't exist. The number does exist and a recording claims it's the Foundation for America's Veterans and asks callers to go through a phone tree which I didn't do.

I only donate to a few charities that have excellent ratings on Charity<dot>Navigator. I did not find this outfit there so it may be a scam.

Calls repeatedly. Leaves no message. The one time I answered there was no one on the line. Caller ID says caller is FAV

15% of your donation actually goes to veterans. I believe, by law, if you ask "what percent actually goes to the veterans (or police, or firemen or hospital, etc - from other "supporters")" they are obligated to state it.

If you are OK with only 15% of your donation going to the actual cause...

Called 5-31-16 at 8:10 p.m!!!  CID showed FAV and no message was left.  We previously received calls with CID FAV from 720-403-9498.  We blocked that number so now apparently these low lifes are calling from this number.  Blocked it too - the jerks.

Caller claimed to be forma foundation for American veterans, tried to get me to pledge money, when I asked that he just please give me their foundation info so I can donate when I want to not when solicited he just said thanks and hung up, so to me that's a scam. Any reputable charity would be happy to give you their info so you can look them up and decide if the cause or their work is something you want to support.

Called this morning at 9:20 and male caller asked to speak to "the lady of the house". What is this, 1953? Anyway, when you wake up a late or day sleeper, don't be surprised when you get told to go away and hung up on. Found out that the caller was the Foundation for American Veterans (or more likely, their fundraising arm, which may or may not be Associated Community Services). What makes this amusing instead of annoying is 1) the very sleepy guy who answered the phone *is* a vet -- a combat medic, no less, and 2) I'm the household hard sell.

Caller id says FAV, but nobody ever answers and they will not leave a message they call at least 2 to 3 times daily. Must be a scam.

7 calls in less than 48 hours, never leaves a message. Caller ID says FAV, If they were a legitimate entity, they would leave a message. Collecting money allegedly for veterans, but only give 15 percent of what they collect. That is a scam.
