I keep getting calls from GOOGLE DIRECTORY but when I talk to someone they're not from Google at all, they just want money for a web listing. This is a SCAM when I demand that my number is taken off they hang up on me.

Same Google listing Scammers calling from a different Spoofed number.

Automated message saying our business listing has been flagged for review....gave option to press 1 for representative or 2 for removal from list...I always press 2 but they never stop calling

No, I don't know what J/K means.  I do know what a spoofed caller id is.  However you did claim that you signed up with this SEO outfit "I signed up.  Business has been flourishing ever since.".  If that was the case, then you should be more than happy to tell us the name and address of this SEO outfit.  But it seems you don't want to.  I also have to wonder why you came back here after a year.
