- TaraThis number and some others very similar to it have already called me 6 times today. I have not answered and they have not left a voice mail. This many calls in one day (including three between the hours of 5 and 7 pm, when most people are eating dinner) is ridiculous.

- JoeI reported them to the national no call, I don't have an account with them and they continue to harass me. I now will call them anonymous 5 times a day and tie there lines up. It is always a foreign person, so I assume they get paid by how many numbers they call. Get a life, for real

- JCorBeThis number 720-456-3680 constantly calls me, nobody says anything, but then they hang up. Its rather annoying and rude. I personally do not have a card through the bank others are claiming these calls are from. So its frustrating.
- Phyllis replies to SamanthaSame here. like at least every 2 hours. Has to be a auto dialing system. I figure since they NEVER leave a message and the credit card that I had with Comenity - IS PAID OFF. Why are they calling me?
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr - Watch_Out replies to eveldevilI started receiving these calls -- which appear to be auto-dialed by a computer -- in less than two weeks from buying a new, pre-paid, no-contract smartphone. Guess what? I don't have a credit card. At all. I paid and will be paying my smartphone bill via debit card, but that card is with TD Bank.
So. These calls are from scammers and no one here should trust them or give them any information. - richardI had 7 calls in the past two days very anoying

- PDGI too continue to receive calls from these SOB's. Have commented here before under different numbers, they have a bunch. Just sent them an email to try to find out if they are a legit business, scum robo caller or have been hacked. Never have done business with them. Several weeks ago reports were going around about them trying to collect from people saying they had small balances on various accounts and asking for personal info.
- Caller: Comenity Bank?

- DRTCaller ID shows three different Comenity numbers that keep calling several times a day, including Sundays.

- L80XTC replies to JSFirst month, paid bill off but never received bill. I made a mistake on the amount and actually had a $ 2.00 balance. Following month, statement was postmarked 3 days AFTER the payment date on the enclosed statement: was charged $ 35.00 for a $ 2.00 balance. Despite providing a copy of the envelope and statement, they refused to remove the late charge, claiming customers are responsible for making payments on time, and that their monthly statements are merely provided as a courtesy. That was the first 3 months I had one of their cards. This is monh #6, and once again, another $ 35 late charge. Why is it I only receive a "courtesy notice" AFTER a late charge is levied? But to prove they mailed a statement after the due date, and still get charged a $ 35 late fee on a $ 2.00 balance? I had an 850 FICO credit score - hate to see how that $ 2.00 fiasco has affected it......sneaky business practices, Comenity......have to resort to literal falsehoods and accounting shenanigans to earn a buck? Perhaps, business ethics and common sense would be respected, appreciated and reciprocated, by loyal and credit-worthy customers would serve Comenity better. Their definition of courtesy is hardly worth $ 35 a month, especially after providing tangible evidence of their error. But to be so ignorant as to claim billing statements are only provided as a courtesy doesn't even deserve a response from me. Besides, it would be comprised of polysyllabic words, and far too intellectual for those in their courtesy department. So where is the number for the accounting department? Professionalism? A huge DUH!
- JoAnneCalls several times a day, but I've never heard of Comenity Bank and have no outstanding debts. I refuse to answer.
