Calls have been received, unanswered, no message. I have 2 clothing CC that Comenity backs. I've had them for years without issue. I am current on accts and always pay more than the min due. I doubt these are actually from Comenity and if you are asked for payment by these people, DO NOT PAY THEM! Go in person to the store or call the number on the back of your CARD. Get a status from the horses mouth. Be smart people. Blessings and good luck.

Good ol' Commenity Bank again. Calls from 720-456-3680, 720-456-3695 and 614-212-5298, many, many times per day. So far today I have received calls at 8:28 am, 8:08 am, 3:21 pm, 2:39 pm, 2:39 pm, 8:59 am, 12:33 pm,  8:40 am, 6:01 pm, 8:38 pm, 10:12 am, 1:02 pm, 9:01 am, 10:31 am, 11:44 am and just now at 12:34 pm. they never leave a message. Yes, that is definitely what the Fair Trade Commission considers to be "excessive" and they will be reported.

I want to be put n the DO NOT CALL list.  Why am I getting these calls from same number EVERYDAY.  i want it stopped

These idiots are using several numbers. I have already reported on another number and just found out this is the same company, community. That makes 5 times today already(Sunday). They need to go away.

One has to wonder why these allegedly “legit” companies need so many phone numbers to call people with.
Seems to be a frequent flyer in these pages with a very bad reputation.  Be advised that they are not subject to the FDCPA since they are the creditor.  They may however be subject to state laws.

These guys have got to stop.  Yesterday, I received 20 calls from this company.  On the one call I did answer, they were asking for someone who I do not know.  When I would tell them that they had the wrong number and to stop calling and remove the number from their calling list, they just said okay.  Funny how it is now 10:00 AM and I have already received 6 calls in two hours.

Do these people not understand the meaning of harassment?

I guess they figure the average joe won't pursue any action against them, but they are so wrong.  I am not the average joe and I have tried really hard to ask nicely to not call, but they don't seem to understand English, so therefore, I guess we let the courts decide what needs to happen next.

Why anyone would do business with this unprofessional, unethical company is beyond me.  These guys are bad news.

I just made a payment to one of my Credit Cards, but they are calling me anyway.  I just want them to leave me alone unless I am late.  Stop the annoying calls.

Harassing calls everyday even on weekends

I have gotten several calls from this number today. They just keep saying the call is for me but refuse to tell me who they are or why they keep calling.

I've receiving calls from this # (720) 456-3680, but I didn't answer the calls until yesterday. I'd kept silent, but nobody at the other end would speak. I'd told them that I knew where calls were originating, and they hung up. About 20 minutes later they called again. So I'm just going to ignore the calls.

I get numerous daily calls on my cell phone and I have yet to have a chance to answer the call. I am guessing it is from Comenity as referenced by other call recipients but I am up-to-date on payments. They are using precious time of my scanty cell phone minutes :(

Harrassment

I signed up for an Angels Card around Christmas time. It's now February. I still haven't received my card yet now I'm getting calls from this number? Does this mean I now owe money even though I never got my card and haven't bought anything with it

Is it possible that someone intercepted the card and is using it?  Did you call the bank and ask why you didn't get the card yet.  If your credit was turned down they would have sent you a letter in the mail as required by law telling you that it was turned down, why, and what credit bureau they used.  "Does this mean I now owe money even though I never got my card and haven't bought anything with it"  How would you owe them money?

NEVER EVER LEAVES MESSAGE I received 3 calls between 8:20 am and 9:10 am this morning. Apparently Comenity Bank represents Victoria's Secret Credit Cards ( I found this out on line again because they never leave a message) a card I have never applied for or had access to. I wish the NYAG would put a stop to this scam.

Called 6 times today asking for the lady that had my number before me...7 years ago. I answered twice and told them this. They just mumble an apology and hang up.

I keep getting calls from 720-456-3580 on my cell phone. It is an unwanted phone number. Can you stop them from calling my cell phone? My email is sherry410@aol.com    Can you let me know if you can do something. Thank you.

They are fake I ran a back ground check on them they are the thief's that just want your money and you will never get back I have been ignoring there calls any one that gets a call from these guys needs to do them
