Calling my phone all hours and while I'm at work! I don't appreciate this!

Excessive calling. Leaves no message.

Constantly calling, leaves no messages. I don't answer from numbers I don't know. I do have a credit card and having issues, but when I call them to get things "settled" I hang up because I REFUSE to speak to someone who does not speak good English for something like this.
I see people saying its a scam too, so I certainly will NOT answer.

I've gotten at least 20 calls from this number in the past two weeks. Multiple calls a day. If I pick up, no one answers. I've called my phone company and I am having the number blocked.

They are calling me every hour on the hour!  I am fed up even if I owe, this is against the law and clear and present harassment!  I am reporting them to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Sometimes they will use all methods to contact the person if they aren't able to reach the debtor directly - I've gotten calls for my ex-sister-in-law, who I haven't seen for years. However, they have access to credit services which can link up to next of kin or "people who they may know" and call them. Annoying, yes. Against the law, I'm not sure.
