This is a spam caller.

Called this morning informing me that they want to come by and inspect the roof since we had a hail storm come through on Wednesday.  It was "free of charge" and would only take about 15 minutes and will give report of review for insurance claims.  He indicated they were a legitimate and would provide web site, phone number, etc.  to indicate they were good.  Don't remember their name and indicated I was a renter and then he stated he would have to talk to the home owner, not me and hung up.

Has called five times daily since my last report.

Said he was from the 'Office of Environmental.' Wanted to do a free roof inspection.

Multiple calls per day for several weeks. No messages.

Received a call, don't recall his name and said he wanted to know if I would be home tomorrow so that he could come by and do a free roof inspection.  Told him I'm in a town home and then I hung up.
