I received a call saying she was an investigator and for me to call her. No company name, nothing. When I got envelope info it took me to a number for telemarketers? There should be a law!

This is a scam  no reputable company would call you and tell you to make a deposit in to a Bank account and threaten you with " If you dont do it  there are felony warrants against you"  They will threaten to call your boss  but then say  "But your a nice person and I dont want to do that"   Olivia Mendoza was the person that called us.   The called from 720 636 8248.   Also the company does not exsist they are claiming to be from  Processing and Mediation  according the the Colorado Secretary of State's website.

Received a call from Olivia Mendoza stating I needed to pay $1,200 by 3:00pm to avoid being arrested at my office.
How can these types of calls be reported?

I received a call saying they were going to pick me up for felony charges an d that I owed $1095.they sent an email to me pay, with not descriptive information. I want it stopped and reported.

wanting money within a few hours or I will never work in my field of work again, wanted to make installment payents and sent me an email telling me to pay before 7pm or was referring to state of pa and I would go to jail until I paid $5000 bond. why do people do this?

This happen to me too same lady Olivia Mendoza also, attorney Vivian Williams of Jacksonville Florida and ava Lee. First time I they called I told them to go ahead and send my warrant out so they told me u do know Ur bail is $5300.00 I said Oky so two days later no warrant out since I called the cops and a d they ran my name I felt better and filed a police report ... Day 3 they called ava asked y I didn't voluntary pay Cause she needed to close my case so I told my case was closed by Vivian mendoslza Ur attorney  And I told her I talked to mybanker and ran ran a credit check I was clear also to an officer and I was clear from watrents and after she said my banker and the officer didn't know more then she did she hung up on me and was extremely rude and said the state of Texas was going to arrest me at my job..... Sick [***] [***] s trying to steal from young and old people

Olivia Mendoza called my parents home in Washington stating there was a warrant out for my arrest for Fraud. I have not lived with my parents for about 17 years. Boy did I call her back. I KNEW IT WAS A SCAM FROM THE START AND SHE DID NOT LIKE ME OR WHAT I HAD TO SAY AT ALL.LOL. She was accusing me of not paying extra fees from a check loan back in 2007 which was paid off. She said they did not have to notify me about how much was owed and or about my so called warrants. I told her I didn't owe a dime and to F off. She hung up on me. We need to prosecute this chick. Maybe I'll start sending her harassing messages

I received a call saying they are and investigator and I had a felony warrant for my arrest, I told them that they were wrong, they said I owed vince enterprises 1075.00 I said well you can talk to my attorney, her name was Olivia Mendoza she said that if I don't pay anything by 230 that the file will be sent to ca.  I did call my attorney and she said that it was a scam and not to worry, about it. and for me to get a fax number so they can send them a letter about the law they are breaking

Please do NOT give these A******* THE TIME OF DAY. This is a fraud and scam. Olivia Mendoza/ Gyendolyn Davis need to put under a jail. The scum of the earth!!!!

But they called from 1-720-636-8246 then got transferred to 1-720-636-8248 that is the number Olivia told me to call her back, and I know I don't owe money to her at all

Yeah everyone don't send Olivia Mendoza money, when I call my attorney, she said it was a scam and not to worry, but I do worry about things, but this one I am not.
