    Like the 5th call today.  Since my mom turned 85 and has been in the hospital, we have been getting a ton of these calls. An investor in our local area wants to buy our house.  They want to make an all cash offer right away.

    This seems like a ripoff. They are looking to take advantage of old sick people.

    Don't bother blocking, they will just keep calling back from fake numbers.
