I missed a call from this number.  As a courtesy, I dialed the number back.  A glum male answered the phone:  (something) services.  I said I had missed a call.  He replied that he was calling for (first name, last name of an employee) a specific person.  I asked for clarification about the business name.  He said, "client services," but I heard "Appliance Services."  Caller was miffed to have to enunciate, but it's not MY fault he has lazy lips!  He HUNG UP when I asked for the address of 'client services' - a generic term that screams SCAM!  I dialed the number back and a lady answered the phone, "Client services."  She HUNG UP when I asked for the address.  Undeterred, I redialed, spoke with yet another person, and again asked for the address.  He took a page from my book and placed me on indefinite HOLD.
