Text message about replacing old ?system...vague but i m not gonna click on it.

I called Goettl and made an appt for a complimentary drain cleaning and I saw it set up as that on the text message. Went back in a few minutes later, and it was saying they were coming out for a repair and that I can be pre approved for financing. I called Goettl  back and she said it was weird and other people have also been complaining about this.  Her screen showed  that they were coming out to do a complimentary drain cleaning. How did this phone number delete the original text that I received?

Hmmm...I'm not sure how that might happen. Is it possible that your settings are such that once read, a message is deleted?  Also, perhaps the company automatically sends the same text once an appointment is made?  There are some tech savvy regulars who visit the site; perhaps one of them will have some ideas for you.  Check back periodically.
