They seem to be an automated telemarketer.  You call back and get a wrong number.  They can be calling for anyone. Mine was calling about being an insurance agent.  I pressed 2 to be removed from the list but that means they will just use it for another company.

I feel the same as "Bitter - Feb, 2015" described this caller:
I can only guess they are checking that my phone is live and then sell my number to a telemarketer.  I do not answer their call, so it goes straight to our voice mail. They are calling my land line business number; not my cell number.   Within less than an hour after their call, I receive numerous other back-to-back calls from businesses in different locations around the country.    I do not answer their calls either.  None of these callers leave a message.  GRRR!!
