No message left, no info on who it is.  Phone number blocked.

It's some dirtbag running for Palm Beach County School Board.  Do they really think that calling me four times in one hour (even though I'm on the DNC list) will give me a warm fuzzy feeling and make me want to vote for them?

It shouldn't give you a fuzzy feeling George,   since they are exempt from the DNC as a political caller.  It doesn't make any difference whether they are running for President or Dog Catcher,   they are granted exempt rights under the DNC.
Calling anyone 4 times within an hour should rate them a good bu++ kickin.  Tell them to cease, and they should follow your wishes.

Called very early in the morning. Didn't answer because it is unknown. Didn't leave a message

Got two calls today.  First one was a hang-up, a few hours later, as I hovered by the answering machine, someone said "Hello, can you hear me"  with a lot of call-center noise in the background.
With election season in full swing, I'm guessing it was political.

A recording saying that a "Representative would be with me shortly" was left- but no other messages.

Just received a 3rd call in 30 minutes from this number. They finally left a message and it was nothing but static noise.

Called like 10 times and no message

Two calls within. 15 minutes and did not leave a message.

Recorded 11 calls within 2 hours and 20 minutes.  Caller said that Transgender laws were coming up at our City Council meeting.  When we said to stop calling, they hung up.  9 additional calls within next hour and 45 minutes.  Never left message.  Printed call log, reported to police department and telephone call for record.  11 calls is well past harassing.  Voice recording of request to stop calling also obtained.  Please call me again - I have clear opinion for you!

They keep calling and will not stop! It's awful

Just block the call, Why care who they are if no message left.
