Someone wanting me to do a survey.  I could barely hear or understand the guy - probably more due to my poor hearing issues on a lot of phone calls - sounded like something to do with services in Clearwater, Florida and whether I was satisfied or not.  The person did sound like a real person and not a recording or robot.  I explained I was at work and did not have the time now or later.  If I spent all my time taking and filling out every survey everyone wants me to do I would not have time for anything!

Normally I don't answer calls with my area code+prefix as they are usually spammer/scammer calls from who knows where.  This one appeared to be a genuine local call (my area code but very different prefix from my number).  I have been conducting personal business with persons and places at local numbers recently and thought it might have been one of those - calling from an unlisted number or alternate phone line.
