This number constantly calls my cell phone.  They always leave a message which I delete immediately and never  listening to.  If I call the number back, it's constantly busy.  Has to be a scammer because who else would call constantly?

It is a scam - I googled the number and there’s a report saying it is a scam.  They also offer you a free app to block them but I can block them from my iPhone so now I do.  Did you get a msg where the first part is cut off where you would expect them to identify themselves?  It happened every time they left a message in the past so I knew they didn’t want to identify themselves truthfully.  I think they hope we think they are the Electric Company!

This scammer has called me from several other numbers too. I never answer, and the message always starts before my voicemail begins to record. The option to hit a number to be removed so as to avoid future contact is always a giant red flag. This people are scumbags. Don't ever have any interaction with them.

This piece of garage continues to call my cell phone every day somedays twice. Enough of this BS, I block them and they still call back.
