left message saying it was a call from the office of Nixon and Ryan, that they had been trying to reach in regards to a legal matter and they were preparing documents and to contact them immediately. I have nothing that they would be preparing documents on me for; did a quick search and they are not listed anywhere. Number is from florida. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

Been getting the same calls (also from different numbers) Said his name was Jay Carter from Austin Ryan and Nixon.   Gave me the same story...a legal matter that they would send to court if I did not respond.

Note to others:  a real attorney with a real legal matter will usually find your address and send you a letter, if the matter is important.

received 2 calls this morning went to VM, not sure who or what this is about but sound like a SCAM. The VM said it was regarding a legal matter.

I rec’d This exact message saying they were preparing legal documents and to contact them immediately.   I have no legal issues....scam caller

Got the exact same message 5 mins ago. I was kinda worry about it, but since I’m not the only who’s getting it, I’d just block the number

Got a call claiming to have legal documents and to call immediately very stern voice ..hey must think i was born yesterday to be dumb enough to fall for this

Yep... me too.  Nixon and Ryan... VM said they have been trying to reach me about a legal matter and to Press 1 to be connected to an investigator or contact their office immediately.  SCAM!

I got the same call 6 times today and more then that yesterday. They leave a message, but don't ask for who they want. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wife has been receiving these calls for the last couple of days. Waiting for them to call back so I can give them the info they need. Wink.....SCAM!

Called me on my cell, home, and work number.  Called my daughter and her boyfriend.  Left message they owed money and police were coming to their home to arrest them.  Money has to be sent by Western Union.  I looked up there is no such law firm as Nixon & Ryan.

Been getting calls from this guy for weeks.  It is a SCAM!  Calls from various numbers.

It is definitely a scam. I called back and they said oh let me look you up, can't find it by your number, what's the last name, can't find it by the name, what the birthdate. When I said I'm not giving you that, he said oh you know what here it is, it looks like (some obscure sounding name) has your number listed. I'll remove that. Yeah I'm so sure!

I continue to receive the same recorded scam messages. Looking up Mixon and Ryan their website has only been active since March and the “law offices” are a UPS store mailbox. No such law firm.

Just received a voicemail from "Nixon&Ryan" stating the exact some verbiage as mentioned above. I automatically googIed the number because I know I have no outstanding legal matters.

I just got the same voice message left on my phone.
