Yeah I am, are you trying to sell a time share?  They told my husband that the company we hired to sell ours sold it & they are the title transfer co.  & they are looking for $$ to do a title search....we are not sure if they are legit, our contract states there will be no further fees to sell it so we have to get in touch with the "realtors".

yep - they sold our time share and will be sending a cashiers check for 17$ and all we have to do is give them $1200 for some costs yak yak yak   I asked him to email or fax the documents.  oddly enough I am still waiting . . .

They were trying to get money out of me for a loan. They say I didn't pay off and told me that they were taking me to court.
