They called me and said I was approved for a loan I wand to know if this is a fraud

I'm often called by this and other numbers asking for Troy.

I received a call from frank Jefferson stating that I had been approved for a loan up to 10,000$.  times are tough and I thought this was a god-send.  he stated that after I pay the insurance on the loan the money would be wired to my bank account within an hour.  that was over 10 days ago.  for some unspecified reason frank instructed me to contact a mr tony parker at 509-592-9567.  I did and he requested that I pay additional insurance fees.  being as desperate  as I was to get my debt paid, I followed all of  his instructions and paid all the various fees he requested.  he then referred me to eric foster 813-720-7298 who was in charge of the credit department.   when I had no remaining money in my personal account he said he would pay my credit card debt which would give me the money he needed for all of these 'fees'.  he made payments to 4 of my cards totally almost 8000.00.  I then became ill requiring an emergency surgery and was hospitalized for 3 days during which time I had no phone contact with these people.  upon returning home I checked my credit cards statements online and found the payments were made by one of these characters.  I waited until the next day to make sure that these payments were posted.  as I checked again all of the payments that were made by them were no longer present and the funds had been returned.  at this point I knew I was being scammed but I literally have only $10 to my name without having paid any of my bills for this month.  my thinking was that I would have used this loan money to catch up o n all o f my late and current bills.  today I spoke with all 3 of these people and a 4th person mike ryan was added to the list.  mr parker agreed to pay my credit cards again and according to my online check of my credit card statements, they were paid but they will not post until tomorrow morning.  mr eric foster became very upset and angry with me for talking to the others stating that he had told me not to deal with anyone but him.  I attempted to explain that I want this resolved and I talk to whoever answers thep hone.  eric became very verbally abusive to me and said he was going to file a legal action.  mr parker is the one who paid my credit cards today.  I don't know what to do.  I literally have given them over $2000.00 over this time period.  my cards are maxed out with the exception of what mr parker paid.  I fail to understand what he will ask of me next.  part of me wants to report the cards missing abd have a new account opened and just keep the money as they have kept mine.  I am a medical professional and have almost no knowledge of any business transactions.  I don't know who I should be talking with regarding this but I do know this will set me back so far I am not even sure I will recover.  if anyone who reads this can offer me any help please do so as I am broke and in tears over this which is not helping me recover from my surgery and this stress is having a deleterious effect of my already damaged immune system due to hiv.  again I am begging for anyone to help me see what the next proper move for me to make.  thank you  Thomas s buehner md
