Conversation well performed. Scam artists are getting better everyday. All sounded great till we couldn't move on without a credit card #. Guess I will be holding on to my property.

Just received it too. This is yet another  Teleterrorist "Cold Call"  to be entered into the 'PhoneTray'  list to be blocked!

Same here, I told him didn't have vacant lot and he let me know he thought I was not telling the truth.  When I asked for the address of the vacant lot he hung up?  Can't quite get what they are trying to accomplish?

Now I know what they are trying to do - get a credit card number from some poor unsuspecting person.

Are you a frustrated scammer, God watches all and takes special care of his children.

asked if we had vacant property for sale. hung up

auto-blocked robocaller... again today, six months later!

I just got a call 5 min ago from this number: 727-290-4724
Didn't answer.. Glad to know I didn't miss much.

Received a call on landline in TN. They did not leave a message.
Caller I.D. shows UNKNOWN NAME.

Called landline in TN. Left no message.

they just called and my husband answered the phone and he said he was interested in buying our lots we do have lots but he was pressuring my husband to tell him how much and right now I called my husband not to answer their call they are scammers.

they called me today, and needed 195.00 today.  would send me e-mail about the offer of sellling our property in florida.  would not give me their phone number to call back, and not the city they were in.  i said i had to talk to my advisor first.   my mistake was giving them my e-mail address,  now that makes me nervous.

Said he and his wife interested in our property on Craig's list. .sent him pics ..he emailed wanting to know what documents we have. Just didn't seem right so here  am checking it out.

Received Spam call offering to buy Fl property

Asked if vacant land that I do own was for sale.
Said it was not and caller said thank you and ended call

I've received 2 calls from this number and both times they hung up on me!  Very annoying!

Got a call from these people about two lots we own in north Florida. The fellow gave me the same address as posted, 8800 49th St. N. in Pinellas Park, FL. I live 10 minutes from this address. I will meet these people and get some idea of the scam they are trying to pull. The prices he "said" we could get are more than double the would be asking price. A red flag already. Might check them out next week and take notice of the operation.

Again called Adam  Putman office.  Again told  couldn't help me. That's were supposed to call for scam calls. No help again

Got a call.  I didn't answer...No message left.....typical scam.

called left no message.
