Based on specific comments I will make sure that I ignore calls from this number.

The Lady on the phone asked for the owner I said he wasn't in so she said she would called back the next day I said he wouldn't be in so she said she would try back the next week. They have called before I don't think they will give up on calling.

It is MidAtlantic finance company here in Houston. I know because they attempted to repossess a customers truck from my mechanic shop which I refused to release. They called from that number.

Caller ID said "Mid Atlantic FNC".  I didn't answer and they left a voicemail stating "Hi this is Anna with Mid Atlantic, if you could could please give me a call at 800-793-9661 ext 110 Thank you."  My car is ancient and I haven't financed anything in 20 years.  Suspect phishing/spam
