I get calls every day from these people.  Sometimes 4 to 5 times in a row about 3 minutes apart.  There is no reasoning with them as they will give no information until you supply a social security number.  I don't think so.  So they continue to call, first my cell and then the receptionist where I work says the call comes through on the switchboard immediately following the call to my cell.  

Filing a complaint with the FCC does nothing to stop them. I really don't know what to do.  My bills are all current and I have no outstanding debt.  Would love to reach through the phone and give these idiots what they deserve.

This caller is calling me 5 times a day from early morning til late at nite.  I can never get a live person when I answer.  I am on the Do Not Call list.  I want them to stop calling, but I can't ever get a person to answer to tell them that.

A caller (MCCS) from this number has been calling for several weeks.  I do not answer calls from unknown numbers.  No messages were ever left.  When I finally answered to tell them to stop calling, a man said that I was 67 days late in paying my Macy's bill.  He wanted me to pay over the phone, and I told him I would do it online myself.  I questioned whether this was some type of scam to get my credit card number.  When I looked at my account on line, I have a 0 balance.  Please do something about these calls!!!

I get at least 3 calls every day and they hang up says calls are from. Caller ID says from MCCS. I want it to STOP

I got the same sort of call saying they were from VISA and wanted to lower my interest. They want the last 4 digits of my social. I gave it to them. They couldn't locate my card and wanted the first 5 didgits. They must think I just fell of the turnip truck. I told the lady NO WAY. She said she needed to talk to her manager. I told her not to bother and that she was just trying to scam me. She said no I'm not. I then just hung up. M

This is not Macys its telemarketers!!! Macys main location is in Mason,Ohio and if they call you regarding anything the area code is 513.

Got a call last night.  Could not understand him because he had such poor english.  He said something about owing some money to some firm...I hung up.

This is the third day in a row now that my cell has gotten this missed call. I am on the do not call list as well.  I don't answer the call, but want it to stop.  What can be done to stop it?  I don't see the point of calling the number from the other comments I've read here.

I've been receiving these calls daily, from 8 am until 9 pm
I am pretty sure they are calling because my Macy's bill was late this past month.
However, I agree with all the frustration of these large companies creating futile jobs over seas.
Ending up with disgruntled customers who don't pay them, hang up on them, yell at them, etc
Go paperless, cancel extraneous credit cards, ah if only I could follow my own advice.

I don't even have a Macy's account.   I am also on a Do not call Registry.

I get phone calls from this number 2-3 times a day and they never leave a message.  I tried calling back and it just keeps me on hold.  I'd like to find out who they are and report them.

This number called me today, but i didn't pick up they have called 2 times already i thought it was from my friend, but it was from florida

I've received calls from this number EVERY SINGLE DAY and it comes up at MCCS on the caller ID.  It's an automated message that tells me to hold on the line.  This is harassment and it's illegal!

It's Macy's Credit Card Service (MCCS) calling because heaven forbid you are more than two days late with a payment. They are so obnoxious and call several times a day. If you're already charging me the late fee then there's no need to follow-up with hundred of calls a day!
