For a number of years this person who calles himself Michael Petty, 727-831-4121, has wanted to represent me to sell my 10 acres near Elko, Nevada.  I quoted him a price a few months ago, and today he called and said he had a buyer: C and C Investments, and offered $45,000.  I needed to send him $125.  for fees and at end of transaction I would get the entire $45,000.  The buyer would pay him and no escrow fees, etc would be taken from my sale price.  Figuring it was too good to be true, we got on line to Google and here we are.  IT IS A SCAM,  DO NOT BITE.  REMEMBER;  A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED.
