I just received a call stating the same. His name was Mike Johnson. I am reporting this to FTC

i got the same call.Name was Mike johnson  from fedreal investing.

I have received a call from this number as well. They have told me that I had made a loan that I have never made. they have told if I didn't make the payment they would come to my house and arrest me. They gave me the name Allen and Jay Williams. They have told me that they were from a company called "PayDay Loans".

Just received call from the same guy MIke Johnson, it was a voice mail. This SOB doesn't know anything else, the same 3 federal charges. I am an Indian so as soon as I heard the message, I knew that this is fraud. Searched on the phone number & found this site. I will call him later to give them piece of my mind.

My wife received a call from the # 727 865 4360, saying that his name was Jim Parker / Max Wilson officer with the state of crime investigation dept.

They said there is three hit against my name and social security, told there is a case of fraud against me from IRS Tax, charge pending from my side to pay the federal Dept.

Then I received call from the same number, stating as above mentioned threatened me to pay 900$ immediately, If not, they are transferring the call to Local COPS Dept to arrest.

If I am not going to pay right now, I will be in big trouble. Arrest warrant will be sent to local (Police Dept) and will be arrested in next 30 min….

We just hang up the call and checked for this #. Came to know it’s a fake call.

a so called officer jim parker with an indian accent called and was harrassing my assitant  people this is a scam and he is full of crap  first off th eman can barely speak english but if you press him and provoke him he curses with the best of them  mr jim parker you prey on innocent vulnerable people  you are an idiot and eventually you will be caught

I just got a call about the same thing. He said his name Jim Parker with the state of investigation saying that there was an legal action on my social security number. I never took this loan out or got anything in writing from him. This has to stop!!!!! The number he was calling from is: 727-865-4360 I never been in trouble with the law!!!! He was saying that he was a state officer and will file criminal charge to my social security no. and my address too!!!!
He needs to be reported!!!!!

I got a call from 727 865 4360. The officer said his name was Mike Johnson. He called my home and told my friend that i had a criminal law suite against me, and i should call back. When i did they put me on hold and another man came on and told me that i would be arrested very shortly. When i tried to get info on what the charge was,since i am a law abiding citizen he did not answer, but kept on telling me that i had been sent 3 letters in mail.  I told him i didn't receive them and he kept on threatening me that i would be arrested today.
I was freaked out and a total mess, until my boyfriend made inquires and found out it was all a scam.  I could tell the guys on the phone were from india . It makes sense now that it is all a scam and they are harrassing innocent people-mostly women

Got a call from this number, they told me they are from the Crime department and had a warrant for my arrest, they harass people and someone needs to put a stop to this.  They wanted me to wire money via Walgreens to them.

Parents got call from these jokers.  Parents didn't recognize the number, so they let it go to their answering machine, where they proceeded to leave a threatening message about impending charges against my father.  The guy identified himself as officer Mike Johnson.  He said there were three charges against my dad for illegal money transactions and IRS fraud.  When my parents called back  at 727-865-4360, this guy threatened my mom and dad and said that he was with the federal government.  He said he will be contacting our local police and they will be coming over right away to arrest my parents.  When mom told this guy they are retired and live with the support from social security.  He wanted to know their SS# and other personal financial info.  At this point my mom got suspicious and said that she won't give him any information and asked send the local police, so she can deal with them face to face.  At this point he put his superior officer on the phone and he said if my parent give them $5500 right away then they will work out a deal to not press the charges; however, my mother told them they will not be dealing with them anymore, so they asked to speak to me.  Which is very odd b/c I live very far from my parents.  I surprise that these guys had my parents name and my name.  

Anyhow, one thing is for sure the jokers are from India.  We can tell this by their accents.  

Be careful and don't give them any info.  Just ask them to call local police and they will go away.

I just received the call from Adam Scott (with Indian accent) saying I had charges but he did not answer my questions and hung up.

They called our home yesterday and said that there were crimes againt us and if we didn't cooperate, the sheriff would come to our house to arrest me. When my husband asked further questions, they became verbally abusive. We then hung up and notified local authorities. They also gave us a local Philadelphia number to call back.

I got a call from Officer JOhn Smith ( how typical!)  mentioning that I have a crime investigation for fraud against my Social Security number. When i called back to give them a piece of my  mind, officer Mike called me a "[***]" asking why I was calling him? The nerve he & his bunch of nasty jokers have to harass people. I think they are just of jobless people.I have already reported them to FBI. Hope these calls stop.

I received a thereatening phonecall yesterday on new year's eve claming to be a officer of the U S GOV
and and that about I was subject of an investigation. Caller said political charges against you & will be used for crime state invastingation against my SSN. Does anyone know name?

Know the name of frauds stuck in a boiler room?

A Jim Parker called my work just recently threatening my boss that if she did not give me the message he would summons her as well, when I called him back he had a different name, he said was I will recieve a summons and then hung up. When I called back all he would do try to confirm my name and then hung up, he eventually stopped answering his phone.  He gave an 866 number, could this be the same guy two years later?

Has anyone recieved more calls from a Jim Parker?  He called my office a few weeks ago and threatened by boss.  He did not have an indian accent though?

Not all of the scammers have Hindi accents. As a matter of fact, the Indian untouchables in this racket learned their "trade" from the lowly debt scamming denizens in Erie county NY. Otherwise known as the "Buffalo Bullies". Personally, I call them the "Buffalo Buffons". They are still very much in the game. They aren't any better at it than the Indians. They just have a different accent.
There are also many other domestic debt scammers. Atlanta & Charlotte are crawling with the lice. CA has its share. Shoot, just about every major metro area in the US has at least a couple of fraud shops. Visit the FTC.gov website & familiarize yourself with the FDCPA. It's easy to understand. Once you've done that, spread the knowledge. If everyone in this country knew of their rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act the fraudulent debt collection industry would collapse over night.
