Why would you answer a number you don't know? That perpetuates this crap.

Called at 11:15am.  I answered but no response.

Just received a call from this #. Did not answer.  No message was left

Just got a call from 728 725-4127.  Came in as unknown and left no message.  The Do Not Call list is worthless against these type of calls.

My boss was called by them at 10 and I was called at 10:50. hahahaha

received a call and VM just now.  Upon calling my voicemail, it was an automated message asking me to press 9 if I wanted to lower my interest rate.  After a few seconds it cut out.

They just called my phone. I didn't answer as I did not recognize the number. They didn't leave a voicemail.

Recorded message "This is Lisa calling about your credit card..."
They called 2x within a 10 min time span.

A credit card scam for sure.

Call received from this number on my pay-as-you-go cell. Not sure how they got my number. Did not pick up. No message left.

Caution, 728-725-4127 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number.
Whitepages.com says:
"We did not find a match.
The area code for the given number is invalid."

They called three times. after the second call one gets nervous. Perhaps a family member calling from strange number

Just received a call from this number 728-725-4127, I don't answer unknown numbers and when I searched the area code I ended up here. Thank you to everyone who gave a heads up that this is a scam.
