received a phone call from this number at 1:00. It was a recording informing me I qualified for lower interest rates on my credit card.

WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever! It would be wise to block the ENTIRE '728 area code', as it doesn't exist- it is spoofed, and ONLY USED BY SCAMMERS.

Did not answer because I answered one time and they said something about my credit card....and i don't have a credit card lol

Got a call and looked like a voicemail was left but nothing was there.

Just received a call from this number. He said he was gonna report me to the FCC.  DONT USE CREDIT CARDS.

Another call on my cell phone and no voicemail message left.  Good sign that it's a telemarketer or scammer.  Same thing really.
