I got a call from 728 area code. According to Google, it is an invalid area code. How is this possible?

They have been very busy the last couple of days with their robo calls. They don't seem to care about the no-call list.

Missed call, they didn't leave a message. My phone is on national do not call list.

Same here. My ph. number is on the national do-not-call list but this doesn't seem to matter anymore.

Phew, they are on a roll!  10 reports on 800 notes in just over 2 hours, wow!  ... Ok, I just got this unsolicited and unanswered junk caller as well.  No message left.

Just got a call from these assclowns I did not pick up. I hope they NEVER call again!

I've received 2 calls to my cell from this number today and let both go to voice-mail. They left messages both times, and the second one was really odd.
1st Msg:
          Standard fishing call, "There's no problem with your bill, we're just calling...we can save you money on your credit-card rate" crap.

2nd Msg:
        Hi Bruce [not my name], this is Barbara Marcus, I'm just calling to see if you're still coming to the Parent's Day this weekend, and wanted to know if you have everything you need? You can reach me at 718-224-4120 if you have any questions...um...ok...here we go! [Click - Hung up]

The second one has me thinking that some telemarketer forgot which phone she was using and decided to make some personal calls, but then, how and why did she end up using my number? Just freakin' weird.

Just rec'd a call from this number. Did not answer, like I see above these scammers are on a roll.  My cell is also on the national do not call list....WTH??  I guess it doesn't matter any more

I just received a call from this number 728-726-9845 (at 10:05 AM PST) but I did not answer because I was taking another call.  However, when I finished my call, I called it back and got the "your call cannot be completed as dialed" message.  Then I went to find out where (728) area code is located.

Left no message.  They are now blocked on my phone

Automated voice pitching an offer to lower my credit card interest rates. Transferred to a live person: told him that I didnt have a credit card, he hung up.

1-737-777-2648 is amother number that was used 1 hour prior to this last call.  I hate these darn scammers witg a passion. How do they lay there head down at night!!!!
