Really crappy VoIP call, presumably with an area code in my state (NJ) to make me think they are local.  WRONG. The little that I could comprehend was that the guy was trying to raise (STEAL) money to buy bullet proof vests for police officers.  I'll tell you folks, there are lots of ways that cops can get a bullet proof vest. Forking over your hard earned money to a "charity" that is likely to keep 98% of what they raise for "administrative costs" is not the way to go. I toyed with the guy a bit, then let him down easy by hanging up on him.

The Ass-Holes wont take no for an answer. They call every day, I told them to stop calling or ill report them for harassment the jerk got mad and hung up.

tha samething  they call  "we are calling from  the jersey city police,  dont worry  is nothing official, and  we ....  blabla...  bla,,, at the end,  wee   need money,  thats the only word they know.."
they dont leave a message and always ask for the owner and  also they ask for their cellphones number.. dont give to them, otherwise whn you in dinner with your gurl  it will turn in to a  bad day, cause of them..
good look....

some guy just called and he was such a jerk. I asked him where he was calling from and he wouldnt answer. He said it was a civil matter and that he was an officer and needed to speak to the owner. He was very mean and gave me the names JOHN SANTANA. I'm goin to call the police and say he keeps harrassing and has a threatening tone when he asks for the owner.

This number keeps calling saying it is NJ PO.  refuse to answer it.
