They called me also and said that they were Dennis Quaid thought that was funny they Arnold Schwarzenegger's name from that movie Total Recall. What a scam!!!

Oops that was Douglas Quaid not the other actor Dennis Quaid

The caller says the same thing as all of the other commenters have said.  They are leaving several voicemails a day at my residence.  What is so funny though is at the end of this threatening sounding message, in his thick Indian accent, he says, "have a blessed day."  Um, NO, I will not be calling you back.

732-226-7545   Calling our house 3-4 times per day, leaving messages likes this one:  "Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a-grand(?) Julie for a federal criminal offense. My number is 732-226-7545. I repeat 732-226-7545. I advise(?) you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."

Just got a call stating all the same thing with the call back number being 732-226-7545 but the number that came thru my caller ID don't match....

first one came from this # 917-282-5938, the 2nd call from # 206-708-2849 and the last call was from the matching call back # all with the same message.

I really hope that I don't receive anymore. I don't fall for these scams but the calls are annoying.

When I called back he said he was the US Treasury, so I let him know I would be calling the police to report him.

Received a message just like all ones mentioned in the string.  I called the number back and when he answered he just said can I help you in a heavy Indian accent.   He wanted to know the number I was calling from and pulled up my record.  He pronounced my name  Shaarleenee, I corrected him and he still pronounced it wrong.  I played along with his lie for awhile, but when he said I was going to be arrested for filing false tax papers in 2012, I said enough and told him to take my number off his call list, that I have paid my taxes since I was 16 years old and to never f*ckin call this number again, or I will report him.... Needless to say he hung up.    My husband tried to call the number to screw with them and now the number is constantly busy.     Hopefully we won't receive anymore of these obnoxious scam calls.  Can't stand these [***].

Same story as all the rest. Within 2 minutes received same call from 2 different numbers 7322267545 and 4109148646,,,same story same guy...

i just received the same call and was quite surprized when they left a message and a number i could reach them at.

in turn i called the attorney general consumer division of my state.  they said they gets lots of complaints and it has been impossible to track these guys down.

do not answer calls from numbers you do not know.   do not give out personal information over the phone.

same thing we are told over and over - but too many people do not listen.

They called here 6 times today from 4 different numbers; the other numbers are: 265-923-0000, 265-928-0000, 267-921-0000

I just got this call as well. It scared the hell out of me. So glad I looked the number up.

this number was given with the message that he was from the IRS.  Scam

Please warn any eldely people  you know not to pick up the phone. This crook has a foreign accent - here is the meesage left on my home phone today.
