Total Merchant Resources, scamming loan sharks! Val Pinkasov and Jason Reddish, google them: two ugly ponytailed sleaze bags who want to rip off anyone with some cash. I asked to be taken off their list and they continue to harass me. I've complained to the FCC and police about them, I suggest you do the same to get these scammers out of our country!

They did solicit me and at first i was cautious since i never heard of them, but I ended up using their services and getting money from them. they turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to my business. They saved me from disaster and funded me in 4 days. And they did appear on shark tank its on their website.

Sorry but being a fake reality tv program does not make a company legitimate.  They also claim to be a member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce but a search through the search function at that site and also by looking through the list of businesses shows that they are not a member.  They take 74% of your credit card receipts, I would like to know how you figure to stay in business.  You obviously do not have the training to be in business if that is what you signed up for,

Appearing on SHARK TANK is one thing.  Having the shark follow through with the deal is another.

Good deal if they did, yet there's no mention of WHO they is? Pass along the news who they are so that we can enjoy the same luxuries your business "did".

Yes, the named small business did apparently make a tiny splash in the Tank in October 2013. If I read between the lines, the principals blew through their paltry $200 grand on sports cars and leather sofas, and since a year later have resorted to cold phone calls and cheap shills to attract business. Great success story, that.

When I see the terms "non-bank" and "cash advance" for B-to-B, I see a predatory lending model not unlike payday loans but without the pesky intrusion of strict consumer laws. Otherwise promising client business owners can find themselves drowning in the wrong deal.

Oh, I see... so if it's on a website then it must be true.  So great... here's one for THIS website:  You are a shill!  How's that?
