     I received a call from a Mr. Smith back in June and now Dennis Sting from 1-855-276-8970 claiming they are legel representation for US Cash Network. He called my employer and he threaten to take me, my manager, and my family to prison if I did not corporate with them to resolve this matter. PLEASE SOMEONE STOP THIS MADNESS!!! It is not funny and I am not sure how they are getting people's information. US Cash Network is a provider for several financial companies that offer payday loans. However, after I ended up in bankruptcy over 3 years ago, I realized this was not the way to catch up on my bills. I hope someone is able to investigate and stop these rude people from calling and harassing people.
Some of the other names used James, Michael, Mr. White and they are not well English speaking individuals at all. DO NOT CONFIRM OR DENY ANY INFORMATION WITH THEM!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.
