I have this person as ny facebook friend under the name of Frank P Cole aluas Pastor Oren Lev Ari -Studio Director of TBN Israel . He cheated me with USD 12,000 under false pretense of being in India and held by the Delhi Customs Department for an incomplete payment, also that his son had Leukemia. He agreed to pay me back my money but now does not answer my calls or Wats App messages. I would be extremely grateful if you could provide me any useful information about him. He has received all the money using Collins Hayes and Inansray Edwin's name in New Delhi. I think this man is a scammer and involved in other such activities.
I have details of all transactions with me and he has now closed his facebook account but i have photos of him as well as his other church and twitter accounts under Oren Lev Ari are still operating.
I confirm that all the information I am providing is true and I want to report this man to either the NYPD or FBI to recover my money.

You should go down to your local police department and report this.  It is unlikely you'll ever get any money back.
