I've been getting texts from this number for months from a guy who says his name is Michael Martinez

I too have received text messages from someone named Mike Martinez at this number inquiring about purchasing my home.

These spammers need to be stopped.  Michael Martinez needs to be thrown in jail for this crap.

I have received the same call from 732-844-6400, Michael Martinez, inquiring about purchasing my home. He claims he flips houses. The first number he texted me from was 203-404-5139. He has an MSVproperties.net email, but that address has no website. Trying to figure out if he's legit.

I'm selling my parents house through probate.  I've been contacted by several "contractors" that get all my information from the courthouse . Martinez has texted me using at least 5 different #s. No realtor. Sight unseen, as is, cash offer. Too good to be true. Additional #s.

I've been getting texts from Martinez inquiting about purchasing my mothers home as well.
Same experience as above, no othe information, websites, Linked-In Contact to say this is a legitimate business.

I wish I could find a way to determine if this was a legitimate person. Seems genuine, but... I haven't committed to the fellows deal, and haven't look at said contracts.  He somehow had my cell phone number and knew before I did that my ex hadn't been paying the mortgage and the house was being foreclosed on. I'm grateful for that at least. It wasn't a generous offer, so that part smells right.

Be careful of this caller.  He owns a company fishing for foreclosures and estate properties. MSV Properties, Oppen Group or Nationwide Title & Abstract. If you deal with the group be sure everything is in writing and if you are owed money to get it up front, they will try to con you out of anything that is owed.

I recieved a call from a Mike martinez who said he was a national courier for the county. Didn't identify what county. He sounds like a bill collector but has a bad demeanor.  I thought he might be a scammer so I told him I did not know a deyanna.  He immediately called my father and idk what all happened but he said he's been to my house to serve me a couple times. Not true because I've been quarenteen since Jan. I have no legal issues what I'm concerned about is that he gave my dad my address. He was real rude am day dad cursed him out and disconnected.  How did he get my dads info or my addy? He called me restricted so I could not return a call. I called the local courthouse, county attorney, police dept, law office and even dhs. No one had my name in the system... which I already knew.

This person has texted from a couple of different numbers.  I have blocked numbers and deleted messages without responding.  Most recently (June 22, 2022) he texted from 208-826-1843.  He doesn't have the best typing skills which to me was a red flag that he's not legit. His texts contained several typos with punctuation in random places , for example a comma in the middle of a word.
