(CREDIT ONE) They call 30 times a day with in 15 minutes of each call let the answering machine
pick up and won't say anything. Think I will File suit. Harassment!!!!

Can we really file a suit and it matter?? I would love to start that process because they will call from different numbers after I block them and they literally blow my phone up

Follow the steps in what you need to know and follow through with everything. Yes, you have the right to sue for FDCPA and TCPA violations but you need to gather evidence.. That starts with sending a cease & desist via US mail, return receipt or certified.

Yes you can file a law suit. I might file one myself. It's ridiculous how many times a day they call & sometimes they hang up when you answer.

They call from India.  People in the U.S. have credit cards with this company and they outsource their hiring to other countries.  Great American company ha.

We need to file a joint class action lawsuit. They are crazy with the calling. If you are going to pay them you will. They blow up your phone from different numbers and never leave a message.
