Stop calling me and hanging up with silence from this number or I will make you miserable. Understand?

These people call at least two times per day and hang up.  It says Doctors Network.  Who the hell are these people and why do they keep calling me?  I am going to research this and put a stop to it immediately.  Just plain sick of it!!!!!

I have received phone calls multiple times per day from this number, with silence for a moment & then they hang up.  Tonight I finally got fed up, and called the number back.  Of course nobody speaks when you answer, but you can hear talking in the background.  I told them to never call my number again or I will file a harrassment suit against them.  Not sure if it will work, but we'll see.  There has got to be a way to block these idiots from getting phone numbers.
