Received a call from this number but no voice message was left.  Called the number and received a message that the number is no longer in service.  BLOCKED!

When I answered the call (I thought it was something else) the gentleman said he was with the Clean Energy Initiative. I told him "No Thank You. Have a Blessed Day" and then hung up.

Took the call, no answer.  Hung up after a few seconds of silence.  Blocked.

Rec'd first call on 12/7/17    Left message on AT&T messaging that goes like this:  You have reached the Take Charge Processing Office--we are unable to take your call. . . .  Wrong, I did not call them but maybe this is their way around the DNC rules.  They called my home again today but no message.  When I googled the number it appears they are offering a less expensive way for merchants and others like medical offices, service providers that accept credit card payments to immediately add the cost to the CUSTOMER not to themselves as provider/seller.   All I received from this is that we might well check the "add on" charges on credit purchases.

This call was a computer scam—Windows will be removed from your computer if you don’t call the number given. We don’t have Windows, so definitely a scam.
