    Call filter identified this number as a High-Risk SCAM/SPAM/FRAUD caller.  It blocked this number. They tried calling 10 times with in 15 minutes. Caller is in Violation of FCC/FTC DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  Plus caller violation of calling on a Sunday.

    Maybe, maybe not. Missed calls could be from anyone.
    Scammers, telemarketers, debt collectors, pranksters, surveys, notifications, alerts, wrong number, etc.

    If this is actually a telemarketer and your number is registered on the Do Not Call Registry and you do not have an existing business relationship with the caller or made inquiries to the caller, then they probably are.
    However, if that "identification" by your "call filter" is based mainly on reports by people like yourself who do not actually answer the calls they receive but simply guess what the call was about, then there is a good possibility they are not.
