They are calling No Call List numbers, registered a looooong time ago & always renewed =
crooks at work, stealing your phone time, blocking welcomed callers, causing wrecks while driving and even posing as a newspaper, university, etc. at times

You know the DNC list doesn't apply to surveys or political calls. Nor do you need to "renew" it.
As for causing wrecks while driving: how is it their fault you answered the phone while driving? Heck, how would they even know you're in your car?
