    Solicitor from the Police Protective Fund requesting donations.  According to reports on the Internet, this "charity" is poorly rated because most of the funds raised are used to pay the phone solicitors and the charity administration.  The caller ID says Athens, Ohio so it looks like the charity is local but the solicitor was actually in Florida and the Police Protective Fund is based in Texas.
