    Called back and a recording of "Carol" said thanks for calling back.   Calling because of recent drops in Medical Rates.    I said add do not call list.   Apparently the robo understands that statement as it replied "Adding you to do not call list."

    Louisiana. SPAM, TELEMARKETER. Got my cell ph # from when I bought health ins., I think, because I don't give out my cell ph # generally. DON'T ANSWER OR CALL BACK. They use that to verify your number, then sell it to other spammers. They never leave a msg. I'm being harassed by other insurance telemarketers, as well...none of them leave messages. I get multiple calls every day from these spammers.
