    He is a scam artist that cons individuals, usually in person, with repair, handyman, painting and plumbing services.  Then he and his “business partner”, John, never show up after deposit.Fake license and such. This business is simply a front. Monies are used for purchasing crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, GHB, etc and  distribution in the South Florida area. They are very friendly and likable— extremely dangerous.
