Same here.  They keep calling, but doesn't leave a message.  Trademark of worthless scammers.

Phishing scam.  "There is no problem with your account, however it is urgent that you contact us concerning eligibility to lower your interest rate for as little as 6.9%...."

Caller ID Name: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Robotic female voice: "Hello, this is Heather with Credit Card Services. I'm calling about your account.... "

Called, dead air, self-disconnected.

Fraudlent scammer racket using phony caller ID of "SURVEY." Number block.

Called here at a really bad time.
Caller ID says "Survey". So I guess they're blatantly using the "surveys, charities and political calls" loophole of the DNC to get people to answer?

I just filed a complaint with the FCC. I had to give my name and address and my phone. And fill in the blanks. I guess it is worth it.

Called 06-20-16 - no message - I blocked them

They were a spam call. Block their number if you can.

Called them back they give you an option to get on the do not call list.i did.

They just called me at 9:29am on 06/23/16, but I didn't answer. I did some research and found that this phone number is for credit card scammers. If they call you, DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. They are testing to see if your number is active. If you answer, you will be put on a call back/possible client list that they will call you non-stop. So glad I didn't answer...

These people keep calling

Call hang up at 956 am PDT.  Common sense must prevail:  if they hang up then do not call back.  Do a *69 and see what number it is and look it up here.  Then you will know you are being scammed.  If it is not a number you recognize, why would you want to call back?  They sell your number to others to make money and you get more calls.  Remind the elderly and impaired not to respond in any way.  They lost billions last year due to these crooks.  Keep them safe.

Too bad I answered this call to learn it was "Heather with credit card services".  The name "Survey" mislead me.  So that's one more category I won't answer again! The 800 comments I read above explains it all.  6.9% blah blah...final notice (it's been going on for 5 years or more!)...from various numbers and names!

When the caller ID showed "Survey", I picked up & slammed down the receiver! Sick of these companies scamming under the ruse of being something other than what they actually are!!! How they continue to get away with this is mind blowing.
